Remove Ads by DealingApp from Chrome/ IE/ Firefox/ Safari Easily

"Whenever I search on Google, i am getting "Ads by dealingapp" ads pop up and it is fairly annoying. I looked in my extensions and it is not there. I also ran the Google Software Removal Tool but nothing turned up. Also I ran my anti-virus but it found nothing to do with this malware. Can anybody tell me how to find the root of this problem and how to remove it? Thank you."
