It claims that the downloading material of movies and music have been violated to the copyright. If the payment wouldn't be sent in 48 hours, the chance to unlock computer will be expired. It is really terrible while receiving this message for the first sight. However, it is completely a bogus message which has been created into the interface of legitimate United States Courts. The real purpose for the scam program is to make users fear for the United States Courts so that it can make money from users unjustly. Without any doubt, it can neither be trusted nor paid or you won't be able to get back the money.
