"I got a popup from kirs-kringle.info/gizmo/error10.jsp telling me that I need to call 1-844-261-0985 to have Microsoft technicians remove the malware from my computer.  I am not supposed to restart the computer until this malware is removed.  I can't use IE 11 since this message popped up.  What is this?"
