Effectively Remove 855-902-4667 Pop-up from IE/ Chrome/ Firefox/ Edge

"Got a pop-up with an audible message (Warning!  Your computer has been infected, call the number on your screen, etc). The first number was 855-902-4667. Smelling a scam, I called with my house phone. It was just like others have posted, so I told him I'd rather deal directly with MSFT.  I got his name and number (Sanchid, 877-490-6709, ext 534) & said I'd call him back. I searched both numbers & got the exact same scamming info for both. Just now I got ANOTHER pop-up with #844-438-9402. Same scammer!  There's no telling how many numbers these jerks have!!"
