VirLock Ransomware is categorized as a horrible ransomware which usually comes into your computer without your knowledge and consent by taking advantage of being bundled with free software, visiting suspicious websites, opening intrusive links, or clicking malicious ads to slide into your computer.
Once downloaded, it will hide itself in the Temp folder as a random named executable. At the same time, it will create a hidden random named job in Task Scheduler so that this malware launches executable every time you start up your computer.
After its installation, it will keep showing warning message stating:
“Your computer is automatically blocked”
“Pirated software found on this computer”
